Agreement Overview: 

By signing up with Katalog, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Use of Images and Names: 

Upon signing up, you grant Katalog the rights to use your name, likeness, images, and any other related content provided during the sign-up process. These materials may be used for inclusion in client proposals, marketing efforts, and social media promotions associated with Katalog.

2. Marketing and Promotions: 

You agree that Katalog may use your images and name in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media platforms, brochures, websites, and other advertising channels. This usage is intended to showcase your talent to potential clients and promote Katalog's services.

3. Future Working Contract: 

This agreement serves as an initial consent to use your materials for the purposes outlined above. A detailed working contract, specifying terms of engagement, compensation, and other conditions, will be provided to you after the sign-up process and before any paid or formal assignments are undertaken.

4. No Guarantee of Engagement: 

Signing up with Katalog does not guarantee any specific job, role, or assignment. Engagements will be based on client needs and suitability, and you will be informed of opportunities as they arise.

 

5. Confidentiality: 

Katalog agrees to handle your personal information with confidentiality and will only share your details with clients for professional purposes as described above.

6. Termination: 

You may withdraw your consent for the use of your name and images by providing written notice to Katalog. Upon receiving such notice, Katalog will cease using your materials in any future marketing and promotional activities.

 

7. Acceptance: 

By signing below, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and consent to Katalog’s use of your name and images as described.
